Our goal in 2025, as it is every year, was to leverage our robust network of volunteers, community partners, and donors to uplift our city’s children, students, individuals and families.
Through uniting our partners and resources, we had another year of tremendous collective impact in 2025. Our accomplishments in 2025 made a difference for thousands of people and represent meaningful progress in our community. These accomplishments include:
- We launched our latest five-year funding cycle, with 71 nonprofit organizations receiving funding through 2030. This includes 21 organizations that are first-time partners of United Way.
- We raised $1.9 million for the United for Kerr County fund, which has been awarded to 10 organizations to help residents rebuild their lives and recover over the long term.

- 24,853 individuals used VITA to help them receive $33.2 million in tax refunds, saving $5.9 million in tax-prep fees.
- We opened the United Way East Central ISD Family Resource Center on the Pecan Valley STEM Academy campus, which empowers families in East Central ISD with children attending their schools by providing support such as counseling and access to critical resources.

- Most of all, In total, $46.8 million was raised to support during the 2025 Community Campaign, including support from 376 community partners.
We can respond to community needs only through the generosity of our donors, volunteers and impact partners. Children, students and families now have the resources they need to succeed at every stage of life, thanks to their support.
