    ALL ABOARD SERIES

    All Aboard 2026 is a three-part professional development series brought to you by United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County in partnership with Social Venture Partners San Antonio. Designed for emerging leaders who are ready to explore nonprofit board service, this series takes participants on a journey from discovery to placement, one intentional session at a time.

Member Eligibility

Emerging Leaders is open to individuals, aged 21 – 45, who contribute $250 or more annually to United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County.

LAURA HOLLAND

Executive Vice President, Frost

Laura brings 16 years of experience with Frost Bank to her role as Executive Vice President, one of the nation’s largest Texas-based banking organizations. She leads a team of relationship managers dedicated to helping commercial banking customers achieve their goals, bringing a steady, relationship-focused approach to every client interaction.

Laura has been an active member of Emerging Leaders since 2017, and now steps into the role of Advisory Council Chair, continuing her commitment to United Way’s mission to serve children, students, individuals and families and those in crisis.
