Member Eligibility
Emerging Leaders is open to individuals, aged 21 – 45, who contribute $250 or more annually to United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County.

EMERGING LEADERS ADVISORY COUNCIL CHAIR
Senior Manager of Energy Equity, CPS Energy
Andrea possesses over ten years of utility experience; she currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Energy Equity at the largest municipally owned utility company in the United States. Andrea is responsible for partnering with leadership to develop, implement and enhance the organization’s equity strategy and serves as a catalyst for integrating equity planning into the organization’s day-to-day operations.
Andrea is dedicated to the community and is fully committed to United Way’s mission to serve, children, students, individuals and families and those in crisis.
