Residents experiencing challenges due to the wintry weather in San Antonio this week are encouraged to call United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County’s 2-1-1 Helpline for assistance related to warming centers, shelter, food and clothing.

United Way’s Call Specialists use a comprehensive database to help callers navigate our city’s robust network of nonprofit services. With more potentially freezing weather ahead for San Antonio in February, residents are encouraged to remember to call 2-1-1 for help should they experience weather-related hardships.  

2-1-1 is a completely free, anonymous service that brings people and resources together. It is open 24/7, 365 days per year. Spanish and Line Language translations are available.
