Howard Energy Partners is more than a corporate supporter, they are an engaged, hands on partner dedicated to driving meaningful change. In 2025, their employees volunteered alongside United Way Impact Partners, including SAMMinistries, helping to paint and beautify their facilities. Team members also assembled sensory kits, ensuring children and families have access to resources that support learning, development and kindergarten readiness.

Their generosity fuels programs that empower young children, support students on the path to graduation and strengthen families striving for financial stability. By investing both time and resources, Howard Energy Partners helps ensure that critical services are available to neighbors who need them most.

Last year alone, Howard Energy Partners and its employees contributed a combined $591,000 to advance United Way’s work across San Antonio and Bexar County, a 57% increase over the previous year. This collective investment reflects a deep belief in building a stronger community for all.

Howard Energy Partners isn’t just supporting the community, they are helping lead the way. And when businesses and employees come together to invest, volunteer and drive lasting change, it proves that United is the way.

For their workplace campaign, Howard Energy Partners successfully united their employees through engaging activities like a clay shoot, which raised $152,000+ for United Way on its own. This generous gift will be used to empower young children, students and families in the community through critical resources that help individuals build stronger foundations for their future.
